What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser. Similar browser storage can remember a setting or help a service understand how a page is used.

Strictly necessary storage

This website remembers your cookie choice in your browser. The signed-in SortX product uses essential authentication and security storage to keep you signed in, protect requests and remember settings it needs. The product cannot work correctly without it.

Analytics and advertising cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and navigation, and to measure how visitors arrive from adverts. It also uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (scrolling, clicks and anonymised session replays) so we can find confusing parts of the site. Anything you type into the contact form is masked and never included in a recording.

These cookies are set only if you accept them on the cookie banner. If you reject them, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, Clarity does not load, and visits are reported to Google only as anonymous, cookieless counts. Analytics and advertising cookies are never used in the signed-in product.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies on the banner, and change your mind at any time with the button below, which asks you again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will stop sign-in and some product features working.

Other services

The demo booking calendar is a separate service with its own storage and privacy information.

Changes and questions

We will update this page if the storage or analytics used by SortX changes. Email hello@sortx.co.uk with a question about website storage or privacy.
